Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Learn Sugar LLC(“Learn Sugar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds for purchases made through learnsugar.ai. It applies alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Digital courses
Our products are digital educational courses and related access (lessons, quizzes, practice tools, and similar features). When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to online materials. Because of the nature of digital delivery, all purchases are final unless a refund is granted under this Policy or as required by applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
To ask for a refund, submit a support ticket on our contact page using the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your full name
- The course or product name
- The approximate date of purchase
- Any receipt, invoice, or order reference you received (for example, from Stripe)
- A brief reason for your request
We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase and identity before processing a refund.
3. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. We generally approve refunds when:
- The request is timely and genuine.
- You have not substantially completed the course or consumed a large portion of the materials in a way that is inconsistent with a good-faith trial of the product (we may consider progress indicators available in the Service).
- Your account and purchase are not associated with fraud, chargebacks, or a violation of our Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request in our reasonable discretion, except where a refund is required by law. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
4. What you receive when a refund is approved
Approved refunds are processed as full refunds of the amount you paid for the eligible purchase, to the original payment method when possible. Learn Sugar uses Stripe to process payments and refunds. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer; many refunds appear within 5–10 business days, but it can take longer.
5. Course access after a refund
When we issue a refund, we may cancel or limit your access to the purchased course so that refunded content is no longer available under that purchase. If we issue a refund without immediately adjusting enrollment status, we may still revoke access for that course as needed to match the refunded transaction.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may dispute the chargeback with the information available to us and may suspend or close accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent disputes.
7. Partial refunds and promotions
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, refunds under this Policy are for the full purchase price of the refunded item. Discounts, bundles, and promotions are refunded based on what you actually paid for the applicable course or product.
8. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
