What is Learn Sugar’s accessibility commitment?
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical on public marketing pages, forms, and the learner experience. We test with Lighthouse, keyboard-only flows, and screen readers as we ship updates.
How do I report an accessibility barrier?
Tell us what page or flow was difficult and which assistive technology you use (if any). Submit a ticket on our contact page or Account → Support and we will follow up.
Keyboard and screen reader tips
Use Tab to move between links and buttons; Enter or Space activate controls. FAQ sections use expandable details elements. The Learner Services Assistant (“Questions?”) supports keyboard and Escape to close.
