How can we help?
Course questions
Enrollment, free trial, Part 107 prep, phases and sprints, learn flow, study time, and what we offer.
What is Part 107 prep?
Learn Sugar’s FAA Part 107 exam prep covers the Remote Pilot (UAG) knowledge test through six phases (including Practice Exams)—skill sets with Teach Me briefings, optional Teach Me More slides, question practice, and readiness tracking. Self-paced on desktop or mobile, with light and dark mode.
Who should take this course?
Professionals who need the Remote Pilot credential under Part 107. It is not intended for pilots already certificated under Part 61 (manned aircraft)—use FAA guidance for your pathway.
How long does studying take?
It depends on your background. Learn Sugar is built for small sessions (for example 15–20 minutes per sprint) so you can work through phases without clearing multi-hour blocks on your calendar.
How does a sprint work?
Each sprint is one exam topic inside a skill set—for example Planning or Weather inside Preflight. Open a sprint from the Learning Board to read the Teach Me briefing with Overview, Critical Info, and Check Yourself cards. Work through optional Teach Me More slideshows, then answer the topic questions. Your sprint score feeds the phase readiness score after you finish all three skill sets in that phase.
What are Teach Me and Check Yourself?
Teach Me is the lesson at the start of each sprint. It is a short briefing with Overview, Critical Info, and Check Yourself flip cards. Teach Me More opens optional slideshows with extra visuals and exam detail on that topic. You can reopen slideshows anytime from the briefing.
How do I reset my progress?
On the Learning Board, open Study tools and choose Reset readiness & history. That clears practice scores, sprint history stored on your device, and saved Practice Exam attempts for this course. Your original course attestation stays on record; the quick Focus Here tip shows again. Reset cannot be undone.
How do I enroll?
On the website, enrollment is $29.99/month plus tax until you cancel. In the iOS app, full access is a $29.99/month auto-renewing Apple subscription. Open the Part 107 prep page for website checkout, or Subscribe in the iOS app.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public pages without an account. You need an account to enroll, access lessons and quizzes, and view certificates or billing.
Where can I see what you offer?
Visit the Courses page at learnsugar.ai/courses for current programs. Category pages group offerings as we add more certifications.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. Website and iOS access are both $29.99/month subscriptions until you cancel. On the website, cancel from Account → Billing. In the iOS app, full access is a $29.99/month auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchase billed to your Apple ID. Cancel auto-renew in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Apple purchases from Account → Billing in the app. The free trial is our one-sprint LMS trial, not an Apple introductory offer.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Part 107 prep includes a free trial on the real Learning Board. Create an account with Google or email and password — no credit card. You can try the first sprint; other topics stay locked until you purchase. Your progress saves. When you buy, your paid 1-month access starts from the purchase date (not the trial start date), and trial progress carries over.
What is the free trial?
The free trial lets you create an account and open Part 107 prep without paying. You get one unlocked sprint on the real course so you can see if Learn Sugar is a fit. Everything else stays locked until you enroll at $29.99/month. Nothing auto-charges for the trial. Progress from the trial carries into a paid enrollment, and the paid month starts when you purchase.
