Forgot your password or locked out of your account.
How do I reset my password?
Go to learnsugar.ai/forgot-password, enter your account email, and follow the link we send to choose a new password. Links expire for security—request a fresh one if needed.
I did not receive the reset email
Check spam or promotions folders. Confirm you used the same email as your Learn Sugar account. If it still does not arrive within a few minutes, contact Learner Services.
