How do I request a refund?
Start from our Refund Policy page to confirm you qualify, then contact us with your purchase details. Logged-in learners can also open Account → Support and reference your invoice.
Where do I get a receipt?
View purchases and open invoices from Account → Billing at learnsugar.ai/account/billing.
